The James Michel Foundation, an NGO founded by the former President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr James Alix Michel, has taken the lead in mobilising funding and sponsorship for the production of this Guide, which is expected to be published in the near future.
It is essential that the population understands the concept of the Blue Economy in order to harness the opportunities that exist and will emerge in order to reap the optimum results of this development strategy.
